Printmaking - Older Kids' Workshop

Let's get curious together to explore a variety of simple forms of print making in a fun, tactile way. In this workshop we'll be working with recycled, natural and found materials; so if you have something at home you'd like to try printing with; bring it along!
This is all about seeing and exploring objects for creativity and making prints from ordinary & everyday materials.
Don't forget to bring your apron or wear your art clothes!

Friday 23rd April

1 - 3pm : Recommended 5 years +

$20 per child. All materials included.

Monoprinting, Relief printing & stamping will be covered.

Parent / guardian supervision required for workshop duration.

Janet Gallagher is a practicing artist & arts facilitator working across a range of different media for over 25 years. Her adventures in art have included exploring printmaking, collage, sculpture & installation & being employed in a variety of arts, community & health settings. She enjoys helping people to find & cultivate their creative spirit in whatever form it takes.
