LOVE IS STILL ALL AROUND!

The COVID ‘shore’ is now ‘clear’ (enough) and Top of the Torrens Theatre group is back in action with an enthusiastic and talented, better than ever cast and crew. Rehearsals for the show that we started developing in 2020 have resumed with great gusto. This may well be the longest ever show in production!

Looking for love, losing love, and finding love will be the theme of this variety type show with lots of fun and laughs, and a few sweet and serious moments. Rehearsals are well under way with a bumper cast of 18, more than half of whom are young people aged 10-18, breathing new life into the production. There are many newcomers to the stage, and many of the familiar faces have developed their stagecraft skills to new convincing levels. It’s really great to see the confidence levels increase. Everybody is really enjoying the friendly, creative atmosphere and thriving in the opportunity to participate in and contribute to an artistic endeavour. There will be solos, duets, group singing, jokes, skits and lots of general merriment from all. These types of shows from Top of the Torrens Theatre Group are family friendly and are enjoyed by people of all ages, seated around tables where they can enjoy their own BYO drinks and nibbles.
