The Cutting wines will be toasting to Vintage 2022 and the opening of their new experience on their purpose built tasting deck. We have invited small batch producer @elkwines to join us as our guest winery and to share their delicious drops with you.

So, come over for a glass of wine and a chance to mingle between the vines. Hosted by our resident winemaker Belinda van Eyssen and guest winemaker Elka Parsons, experience a night of genuine Barossa Valley hospitality.

You can expect a relaxing atmosphere, with live music by Adelaide singer and songwriter @axeandtheivory and authentic Paella from @oranaiseadelaide, prepared right in front of you. We'll kick off the evening with a preview tasting in our on-site boutique winery.
