There’s always an interesting variety of live music and a large, warm and friendly crowd.
Performers booked include the awesome Feature Band NO EXIT, the Bank Road Boys, Amigos from Mars, Kevin Smith, John Duffy, Strait Up, Riptide-the duo, Riptide the Band, Strait Up, Dean Bird, John Davis & daughter, John Davis Band, Peter Tolcher, Victory Hums and others.

The team at The Old Barn Sedan are extremely excited, privileged and happy to announce that we will have the pleasure this Sunday of the company of international superstar Movin' Melvin Brown. What a treat. He is in Adelaide at the moment with his fringe show and is very keen to come along to the gem that we like to call The Old Barn.
Below is an excerpt of his current fringe show. “World class entertainer Movin' Melvin Brown is back from his five-star, multi-awarded musical 'A Man A Magic A Music' for the Australian premiere of his dazzling journey through the life of The King of Soul music: Sam Cooke. Melvin tells Cooke's amazing story through song, tap-dance, stories & comedy. Only two shows!
Sam Cooke was the first crossover artist to top both the Soul and Pop music charts with songs like You Send Me, A Change Is Gonna Come,Chain Gang, Wonderful World, Twistin' the Night Away... Alongside Melvin's tunes, you'll be clapping & dancing.”

Join us for a pumping New Year’s Eve Party with DJ KC playing pub classics, old school tunes, dance, party and your requests!

Nestled between the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills, the picturesque town of Mt. Pleasant will once again host the annual S.A. Spring Garden Festival, happening on Saturday the 21st of September 2024.
The festival features a full program that includes very special guest speaker Hannah Moloney, a large variety of plant and garden stalls, garden themed workshops, talks, activities and free Nature Craft activities for the kids. There will also be lots of delicious food and beverages, including gluten free and vegan options.
The Mt. Pleasant Farmers Market is again partnering with the S.A. Spring Garden Festival with extended trading hours, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the Festival and the Farmers Market experience in one location.
Mt. Pleasant is a beautiful drive from every direction and in Spring, the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley are alive with blossoms and spectacular scenery!
Admission is $12 (+ booking fee) per adult if purchased online, $15 per adult if purchased at the gate, with children under 16 and under Free. Tickets available online and at the gate on the day.

The Grand Cru Estate community lunch recognises the efforts of all members of local community organisations and committees in Springton & Mt Pleasant, with an annual Lunch get together.
Entertainment will be provided either on the restaurant lawns or in the function centre, along with meal and drink package options.
This event is open to Red Cross, Lions International, CFS members , RSL members, Mt Pleasant Town Hall, Mt Pleasant Men’s Shed, Mt Pleasant Community Association/Business Ass, CWA, Mt Pleasant Show Committee, Springton Hall Committee, Local Sporting Committees and volunteers from the Mt Pleasant market.
