This workshop embraces backyard gardening to table pracJces showing how to transform the humble fruits and veggies from your garden into fresh pantry staples that can be used all year around that you and your family can enjoy with the knowledge that it has no extra preservaJves and chemical added.
Ingrid is a home preserver and self-sufficiency enthusiast for 20 years plus, taught by her mother, she is very passionate about preserving the correct and safe way, and also the food history.

Transforming your food into the perfect preserve that suits you -

The correct temperature and the Jme it takes for a long shelf-life.

Cost is $40.00 and everything is included on the day except an apron, if you choose to have one.
